Suga won't receive disciplinary action from military over DUI case

During the National Defense Commission’s parliamentary audit, that was held on October 11 at the National Assembly, Defense Minister Kim Jong-chul shared that Suga would not be receiving any disciplinary action from the military.

Commissioner Kim explained that the armed forces didn't take any disciplinary actions against the BTS star over his DUI case because military service law does not handle such cases. "This is due to legal stipulations. While active-duty soldiers might feel disadvantaged, the application of the law for social service personnel takes various factors into account. We're focusing on education and correction," he stated.
