BTS member Jin is back in the spotlight and how. His first solo album Happy is delivering a heartfelt and cinematic title track, Running Wild and it has taken over the social media. Today, as the music video dropped, his ARMYs worldwide celebrated the release by trending the song within hours.
This makes him the seventh BTS member to release a solo album, and Running Wild happens to be the title track of Happy. The video features the singer with his pet dog and has already garnered more than lakhs of views within hours.
J-Hope supports Jin with cute shoutout
The storyline resonates deeply with fans, who interpret it as a metaphor for finding happiness despite life’s uncertainties. Supporting his pal, BTS member J-Hope was among the first to react to the release. Sharing a screenshot from the music video on Instagram, he wrote, "Why am I sad (smiling emoji with a tear). An MV that's really stirring. We’re so happy!!! Jin!! Our hyung, make this big! Happy!! Happpppyyyyy!!"
ARMY took to X (formerly Twitter) and made the song trend within hours by resharing it and calling the song 'perfect!'

Jin's solo album debut with Happy was announced on Octover 14, and Big Hit Music revealed the tracklist featuring six songs on October 16. Its songs include Running Wild, I'll Be There, Another Level, 네게 닿을 때까지 (Until I Reach To You), Heart on the Window (ft. Red Velvet's Wendy) and그리움에 (In Longing). His pre-release singleI'll Be There came out on October 25, 2024. The BTS star will also host a live event ‘Happy‘ Special Stage on November 16 and 17.
