Bharatiya Janata Party MLA Sarita Bhadoria had a close call on Monday during the inauguration ceremony of the Agra Cantt-Banaras Vande Bharat Express at Etawah Junction when she slipped and fell off the railway track. The video of the incident is now going viral on social media. It shows the second-term BJP lawmaker amid a sea of people holding the flag as they stood on the platform. A security official inadvertently lost balance- leading to Bhadoria's fall onto the tracks.
According to news agency PTI, Bhadoria didn’t suffer any visible physical injuries, and if there is any internal injury, it is yet to be confirmed.

Meanwhile, Prime Minister Narendra Modi flagged off six semi-high-speed Vande Bharat trains for Jharkhand, Odisha, Bihar, and UP at Ranchi. The six new routes of the Vande Bharat trains are: Tatanagar-Patna, Brahmapur-Tatanagar, Rourkela-Howrah, Deoghar-Varanasi, Bhagalpur-Howrah, and Gaya-Howrah.
