Bengaluru: The city has been experiencing spells of rainfall for the past few hours on Sunday, with many areas reporting precipitation. The India Meteorological Department (IMD) predicted a generally cloudy sky with one or two spells of rain or thundershowers today (October 13). Additionally, the IMD forecasts a generally cloudy sky with one or two spells of rain or thundershowers tomorrow (October 14).
Today, the maximum temperature is expected to reach 29 degrees Celsius, while the minimum temperature is expected to be around 21 degrees Celsius. The relative humidity oscillated between 77 percent and 91 percent.
Many users took to the social media platform X to share visuals of the rain from different parts of the city. One user sharing visuals of the rain wrote, “Rain with heavy winds in Bangalore South.” Another X handle, identified as Bengaluru Rain Alert, wrote, “Second spell of monsoon showers happening over North and West Bengaluru.”

Then, on October 18 and October 19, the city is anticipated to receive rain, with a maximum temperature expected to be 31 degrees Celsius and a minimum temperature expected to be 22 degrees Celsius.
