Arjun Tendulkar finally got a bid in the final few minutes of the IPL 2025 mega-auction and joined them at his base price of Rs 30 lakh. There was no interest from Mumbai Indians for Arjun Tendulkar in the first round and he went unsold in the accelerated process. None of the teams asked for his name to be presented in the first round. His name did come up for the second round but none of the teams bid for him. He entered the mega-auction with a base price of Rs 30 lakh. In the final round, MI bid for him and acquires his services once again.
Arjun started his career as a net bowler for MI and flew to UAE for IPL 2020. MI rewarded him in the next season and bought him at his base price of Rs 20 lakh. At the IPL 2022 mega-auction, Gujarat Titans also made one bid for Arjun. MI re-signed him for Rs 30 lakh.
The bowling all-rounder only played five matches for them. He remained on the bench in IPL 2021 and 2022. He played four matches in IPL 2023 and one match in 2024. Arjun has 3 wickets in five games.
