Following the announcement, the company’s shares saw a positive move, trading at Rs 169.65 on Monday. Hrithik Roshan will represent Hi-Tech Pipes across multiple platforms, including print, television, digital media, radio, and outdoor advertisements.

Recent Achievements

The announcement comes on the heels of Hi-Tech Pipes raising over Rs 500 crore through a Qualified Institutional Placement (QIP) last month. According to a company filing, the QIP—which began on October 7 and closed on October 11—garnered bids of over Rs 800 crore from prominent domestic and international institutions. Notable participants included Motilal Oswal Fund, Bandhan Mutual Fund, and SBI General Insurance, among others. Under the QIP, the company issued 2,69,96,734 new equity shares at Rs 185.50 each.
