Bigas and Palos Power Through
The top-seeded Spanish duo of Sergi Guimet Bigas and Joel Olivera Palos lived up to their billing, delivering a commanding performance against Andrea Masoero and Gioele Lorenzin. The Spanish pair, known for their powerful shots, dominated the first set 6-0. Although Masoero and Lorenzin fought back in the second set, Bigas and Palos ultimately emerged victorious with a 6-2 scoreline.
Mohit and Marc Dominate Twins
The Indo-Spanish pair of Mohit Mohit and Marc Bernils continued their impressive run, defeating the Indian duo of Chandril Sood and Lakshit Sood. Marc Bernils, especially, dished out some stunning shots with skill and precision, securing a dominant 6-0, 6-0 victory.

Alsina and Edu Advance to the Quarter-finals
Another Spanish pair, Pol Alsina and Edu Altimires Ros, also showcased their dominance, defeating the Indian duo of Famaz Shanavas and Austin Varghese 6-0, 6-0.
With these victories, Spanish players have solidified their position as strong contenders for the title. As the tournament progresses, all eyes will be on the Spanish Armada, which is on a roll.
Bennett University (BU), a premier institution under the Times Group, has made history by becoming the first university in India to host an international padel tournament. The FIP Promotion India Padel Open is being held from November 21 to 24, 2024.
