Gujarati Millet-Based Dhebra For Breakfast To Add To Your Table

Gujarati Dhebra
Prepared with a blend of methi and bajra flour, this delightful breakfast dish will kickstart your day on a perfect note.
Ingredients
1 1/2 cups bajra millet flour, 1 cup chopped fenugreek leaves, 3 green chillies, 1 tsp red chilli powder, 1 tsp coriander powder, 3/4 tsp turmeric powder, 1/4 cup curd, 1/2 tbsp sesame seeds, salt to taste, oil for deep frying
Step 1
Start by mixing bajra flour, sesame seeds, red chillies powder and curd.
Step 2
Next, stir coriander powder, salt and curd in a mixing bowl.
Step 3
Add water in small quantities and knead into a smooth dough.
Step 4
Grease your palm with oil and give it a ball-like shape. Flatten each ball into a 3-inch diameter circle.
Step 5
Heat oil in a kadhai and slide the prepared dhebras into the vessel.
Step 6
Fry until golden brown and transfer them to a plate.
Step 7
Serve dhebra with curd or tea and enjoy!
