New Delhi: A man was shot dead in the city’s Khajuri Khas police station area after two men got engaged in a heated argument over the business of making garland (mala). Delhi police said it received a call regarding a firing incident at 6:20 PM.

When cops reached the spot, they saw that two people, Ajay and Hemant had a heated argument about their business of making garland (mala).

Ajay fired at Hemant and fled from the spot. Hemant sustained two bullet injuries, one in the head and a second in the left side of the chest

The victim was taken to Jag Pravesh Chandra (JPC) Hospital for treatment where he succumbed to his injury. Delhi police is investigation the matter.
