It's time for the deadly Squid Game to return with new players, and new rules. We finally get a better idea of the expected plot, with the first shot of its brand new cast.
Squid Game Season 2 happens 3 years after first season
We know in the debut season, Seong Gi-hun aka Player 456 (played by Lee Jung-jae) won and went into leading a quiet and secluded life. Despite loosing many things and people in its first part, he gets pulled back into the game one more time when the Front Man himself comes knocking at his door.

The new teaser shows that post the events, Seong is out to avenge whatever happened so far. He is well aware about the games and the tricks needed to win. Now, he has gone rouge and plans a jail-break kind of escape and rebellion for everyone. The only challenge is bringing the players believe that he's been there, done that, and knows that nobody survives!
While the players refuse to support him, the Front Man (Lee Byung-hun) is seeing everything happening inside the building. Who will take the lead is what needs to be seen.
Interestingly, the doll Young-Hee is back, and so are the gunshots!
