Garlic Paratha

Ingredients
8 garlic cloves, 1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour, 3 tsp ghee, water, 1 tsp sugar, 2 tbsp coriander leaves, 2 tbsp melted butter, 1 tsp salt
Step 1
Start by finely chopping the garlic along with coriander leaves.
Step 2
In a mixing bowl, add all-purpose flour, ghee, sugar and salt. Add water and knead into a smooth dough. Keep it aside.
Step 3
Divide the dough into medium or small balls and roll into thin layered discs.
Step 4
In a bowl, add garlic, red chilli powder and coriander leaves to it. Mix it evenly.
Step 5
Add the garlic mixture to the paratha and close from all sides. Roll the paratha again so the stuffing stays intact.
Step 6
Heat butter on a pan and cook the paratha from both sides.
Step 7
Serve with curries or pickles and enjoy.
