Cheesy Tacos With Papad
Prepared with papad and crispy veggie filling, impress your guests with the cheesy homemade tacos with papad for change.
Ingredients
6 papad, 1 cup mixed bell peppers, 8 cherry tomatoes, 2 tbsp fresh cream, leftover meat, 1 onion, 1 cup mozzarella cheese, 1 capsicum, powdered spices, ginger garlic paste, butter
Step 1
Start by heating oil in a pan.
Step 2
Place the papad and roast until crisp. Don’t forget to fold it like a taco.
Step 3
Next, chop the veggies and keep them aside.
Step 4
Add butter to a pan and add toss leftover meat with salt, ginger garlic paste and pepper.
Step 5
In a mixing bowl, add mayonnaise, chopped veggies, spices along fresh cream. Stir pickle and leftover meat, and mix it well.
Step 6
Add the stuffing to the papad and sprinkle grated mozzarella cheese. Don’t forget to sprinkle chilli flakes on top for a delicious taste.
Step 7
Bake the tacos, serve hot and enjoy.
