December release
The movie is scheduled for a December release. During the trailer launch, Vijaya Kumar shared his thoughts, saying, "I have always enjoyed being part of events like this. Dheera Bhagath Roy is a film that speaks about equality, and I stand with the team because I believe in the power of equality. Stories of struggle have always appealed to me; they carry a sense of justice and integrity, which is why I support this film.”
Vijay Kumar reflected on the challenges of filmmaking, noting, "Making a film has always been difficult, and it feels even harder today—almost like taking seven or eight lives to complete one. But a story like Dheera Bhagath Roy, which combines truth, justice, and integrity, deserves to be told. The film’s team shared some of their journey with me, and it made me very happy.”
He emphasised the importance of believing in the system, stating, "We must have faith in the police and the judiciary. Truth and justice prevail, and I support our law enforcement and legal systems. Without them, our country's condition would be much worse. Watching the trailer of Dheera Bhagath Roy filled me with pride. Films like these deserve to succeed, and justice and truth should always reach the people."
Concluding his speech, he encouraged everyone to respect the narrative of the film, saying, "Let us all worship the story. When the story wins, we all win. Let’s not idolise ourselves but focus on the story. I hope that this film brings a new wave of talent to the industry, including a strong hero, heroine, and director. My best wishes go out to the entire team.”
