Bollywood actor Suniel Shetty and his son, Ahan Shetty, have purchased a lavish property in Mumbai for Rs 8.01 crore. The new property is situated in the upscale neighbourhood of Khar West, a coveted area within Bandra, which is known for its vibrant atmosphere.

According to documents, the purchase was made through a bank auction and the transaction is documented as a 'Sale Certificate.' The property spans an area of 111.52 square meters, equivalent to approximately 1,200.39 square feet.

The transaction was finalised in October 2024, with the Shettys incurring stamp duty fees of Rs 40.08 lakh, in addition to a registration fee of Rs 30,000. Bandra is increasingly becoming a hotspot for celebrities looking to invest in property. Alongside the Shettys, other stars such as Ranveer Singh, Deepika Padukone, and KL Rahul have also made investments in the area.
For the unversed, Suniel Shetty also owns a farmhouse in Khandala, which is about a two-hour drive from Mumbai. This farmhouse is situated in a gated community with high-end homes. Additionally, he has a property on Altamont Road, located in the exclusive Prithvi Apartments in Mumbai.
In an interview with comedian Bharti Singh and her husband Harsh Limbachiyaa, Suniel revealed that his father bought every property where he worked as a manager and waiter. He explained, "His boss bought three buildings, and dad was eventually asked to manage them. When the boss retired, dad bought all three buildings. Today, I still have all three buildings. And that’s where our journey began."
