Karan Veer Mehra is playing a strong game inside the Bigg Boss 18 house. His rivalry with Avinash Mishra has also been making all the headlines. In an earlier episode though, Karan was seen getting quite emotional and disappointed with himself while talking about his family and he couldn't keep it together. Karan Veer got married and divorced twice. His first marriage was with Devika Mehra which lasted from 2009 to 2018. He then married Nidhi Seth in 2021 and they got divorced in 2023. In the upcoming episode, host Salman Khan will be seen bashing him.
Karan Veer Mehra gets accused of playing victim card
Karan Veer Mehra said in an episode, "Mere andar kaabiliyat nahi hai ek family ko jodd ke rakhne ki (I am not capable of keeping a family together)." Listening to this, Shrutika Arjun said, "Are you mad?"
Karan continued, "Aur mereko laga humne family bana di hai aur yeh chaar hum family hai. (I thought we were a family). We are strong enough. Aur yeh bahar bhi hua mere saath. Meri family thi aisi hi, main family ko hold nahi kar paaya. Jo main realise kar raha hoon (This has happened with me outside too.). I had a family like this, but I couldn't hold it together. It is something I am realising now."
In the comments section of the promo of this particular clip shared by the makers on Instagram, fans were seen bashing Karan as one wrote, "Playing victim card now." Another commented, "First time divorce maybe a mistake but second time divorce is not a mistake. It’s you the problem. “Over acting ka dhukan award goes to Karan”.

Salman Khan schools him
A new promo shows Salman Khan bashing Karan Veer Mehra saying, "Karan, bahar aap pariwar jod nahin paye aur yaha bhi aap parivar jod nahin pa rahe hain. Aap koi bhi cheez complete nahin kar pate hain. Ye jo kone kone mein kar rahe ho vo khulle mein karo."
