HDFC Bank Q2 Results: Net Profit Rises 5.3% To Rs 16,821

HDFC Bank has announced its quarterly results for Q2 FY25 on Saturday. The India's largest private lender reported a 5.3% year-on-year increase in consolidated net profit to Rs 16,821 crore, up from Rs 15,976 crore the previous year.

The bank's consolidated total income for the quarter ending September 30, 2024 was Rs 1.21 lakh crore, up 12.91% from Rs 1.07 lakh crore in Q2 FY24.

On Friday, the shares of HDFC Bank closed at Rs 1,684.80. The 52 week high and low of the share is Rs 1,791.90 and Rs 1,363.45 respectively. According to the BSE analytics, the shares have given returns of 10.62 per cent in the last 1 year.
