AIIMS Delhi Chief Security Officer Accused of Sexual Harassment by Female Security Guard

Delhi: The All India Institute of Medical Sciences (AIIMS) in Delhi has taken significant steps to address serious allegations of sexual harassment made against Chief Security Officer Digvijay Singh. A female security guard has accused Singh of inappropriate conduct, leading to the formation of a two-member committee to investigate the claims.

The complaint letter was submitted to the institute on October 3 of this year. In response, AIIMS Director has established the committee to thoroughly examine the allegations under the provisions of the Scheduled Castes and Scheduled Tribes (Prevention of Atrocities) Act, as well as the Sexual Harassment of Women at Workplace (Prevention, Prohibition and Redressal) Act.
