caught on camera: vadodara man saves snake using cpr

In an extraordinary incident from Vadodara, Gujarat, a wildlife rescuer saved a snake by performing Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR). Yash Tadvi, a local wildlife rescuer, received a distress call reporting a lifeless snake in the area. Upon arrival, Tadvi found a one-foot, non-venomous checkered keelback in an unconscious state but remained confident of its chances of survival.

Describing the moment, Tadvi said, "The snake showed no movement, but I believed it could be saved." He immediately began administering CPR by holding the snake’s neck, opening its mouth, and blowing air into it for about three minutes. Despite no signs of recovery in the first two attempts, the snake responded on the third try and began moving.

The dramatic rescue was captured on video, and the revived snake was later handed over to the forest department for further care.
