Former Maharashtra minister and member of the Ajit Pawar-led NCP faction Baba Siddique died after being shot at in Mumbai's Bandra East area on Saturday. According to reports, the 66-year-old was at his son Zeeshan's office when at least two suspects fired at him. He was taken to the Lilavati Hospital, where doctors pronounced him dead.
