Israel Lebanon War Live: The IDF said in a post that Hezbollah fired nearly 135 projectiles into Israel Tuesday. Meanwhile, Prime Minister of Israel, Benjamin Netanyahu, said that "all civilised countries" should be standing firmly by Israel's side as it "fights the forces of barbarism" led by Iran, as he dubbed French President Emmanuel Macron's call for an arms embargo against Israel a "shame." The Israeli Air Force on Saturday struck a Hezbollah command centre in southern Lebanon. Earlier it eliminated a top Hamas leader in fresh airstrikes in the northern city of Tripoli. The IDF has expanded its airstrikes to northern Lebanon as bombings continued in Beirut and southern cities. US military has said that it hit Houthi targets in Yemen Friday. Israel has said that it has killed 250 Hezbollah militants since the beginning of its ground operation. Meanwhile, Iran has warned that it will retaliate harshly if Israel attacks it. The United States has called Iran's missile attack on Israel a 'significant escalation' and pledged consequences for Iran. However, it has unequivocally said that it does not support an attack on Iran's nuclear sites. Israel on Tuesday closed its airspace and diverted incoming flights to airports outside the country after Iran launched hundreds of missiles at Israel. Millions of Israelis took shelter as air raid sirens sounded, and explosions could be heard in Tel Aviv and near Jerusalem. Hezbollah's deputy leader, Naim Kassem, has pledged to continue fighting Israel, stating that the group is prepared for an extended conflict despite losing much of its leadership, including its chief, Hassan Nasrallah. In his first public address since Nasrallah's death, Kassem warned that Hezbollah fighters are ready to defend Lebanon if Israel initiates a ground invasion.

The conflict between Israel and Hezbollah has intensified, with Hezbollah launching missile strikes on northern Israel, forcing over a million Israelis into shelters. In response, the Israeli Defense Forces (IDF) targeted 120 Hezbollah positions and destroyed a Hamas tunnel network in Gaza.
