Since Joesph Malinowski, the viral TikTok sensation who refused to evacuate amid Hurricane Milton warnings and survived, hit the headlines, internet sleuths have been busy uncovering the man's past. Amid that, a collage of Lieutenant Dan's '14 mugshots' went viral.
A day after Hurricane Milton struck Florida as a Category 3 hurricane, Lieutenant Dan was in his boat, even as storm surge filled the Tampa Bay area with water. Amid concern about what happened to him, photos and videos on Thursday confirmed that Malinowski is alive.
Meanwhile, a photo started going viral on Thursday which shows Joseph Malinowski, aka Lieutenant Dan's mugshots on 14 different occasions. Some people even alleged that police records show that Lieutenant Dan is a pedophile and allegedly tried to set a woman on fire.
However, evidence surfaced later that even though mugshots that were being circulated on social media were of Lieutenant Dan, none of the case records against him show that he is a pedophile or tried to set someone on fire.

What Are The Charges Against Lieutenant Dan?
The charges include various boat-related violations for tags, docking and traffic, as well as a 2019 drug paraphernalia and possession of marijuana charge in Broward County. He pled no contest to the charge, which occurred before marijuana was legalized in Florida. The charge was not a felony.
