The entire film industry has joined in to mourn the death of legendary industrialist Ratan Tata. The icon, who passed away late on Wednesday due to age-related problems, was 86.
The former Tata Group chairman is being remembered by the who's who of Bollywood. This just proved his good terms with several celebs. Though he remained camera shy to attend tinseltown parties and events, he did have a small stint at films.

Ratan Tata's first and only Bollywood film
Did you know there was a movie that Ratan Tata co-produced once upon a time, his only venture in Bollywood? The movie was Aetbaar starring Amitabh Bachchan, which released in 2004.
Aetbaar was a romantic psychological thriller directed by Vikram Bhatt. Said to be inspired by 1996 Hollywood film Fear, it also starred John Abraham, Bipasha Basu, Supriya Pilgaonkar, Ali Asgar, Tom Alter, Shruti Ulfat and others.

Aetbaar revolved around Bachchan’s Ranveer Malhotra, who needs to protect his daughter Ria (Bipasha) from an an obsessive lover with a dark past, Aryan (John). But things take a turn when Ria falls in love with Aryan affecting her relationship with her father.
Tata bankrolled Aetbaar along with Jatin Kumar, Khushroo Bhadha and Mandeep Singh. As per reports, the movie was previously titled Inteha, but the makers changed its name considering the latter released just 3 months ahead of it. Aetbaar failed to meet the expectations at the box office.
Ratan Tata's death statement
N Chandrasekaran, Chairman of Tata Sons had late on Wednesday confirmed the death of Ratan Tata through a statement. "It is with a profound sense of loss that we bid farewell to Mr. Ratan Naval Tata, a truly uncommon leader whose immeasurable contributions have shaped not only the Tata Group but also the very fabric of our nation…On behalf of the entire Tata family, I extend our deepest condolences to his loved ones. His legacy will continue to inspire us as we strive to uphold the principles he so passionately championed," his statement read.
