In a heated exchange on X (formerly Twitter), Ola's founder and CEO Bhavish Aggarwal locked horns with comedian Kunal Kamra regarding the service conditions of Ola Electric's S1 series scooters. The confrontation started after Kamra shared an image of an Ola dealership, highlighting a multitude of scooters parked outside, collecting dust.

To which OLA founder replied, "Since you care so much @kunalkamra88, come and help us out! I’ll even pay more than you earned for this paid tweet or from your failed comedy career. Or else sit quiet and let us focus on fixing the issues for the real customers. We’re expanding service network fast and backlogs will be cleared soon."
The heated exchange did not end there, as Kunal Kamra responded, "Paid tweet, failed comedy career & Sit quietly. Indian Businessman at their humble best… If you can prove I am paid for the tweet this or anything else I must’ve said against private companies, I’ll delete all social media & sit quietly forever."
In response to Kunal Kamra's tweet questioning the lack of a 100 percent refund for genuine customers who purchased Ola scooters in the last four months, Bhavish Aggarwal replied, "Comedian ban na sake, chaudhary banne chale. Do your research better next time. And the offer to come and help us out in our service center remains open. Take up the challenge. Maybe you’ll learn some real skills for a change."
