Dikembe Mutombo, NBA Hall Famer, died Monday from complications arising from brain cancer. The 58-year-old married Rose Mutombo Kiese in 1996 and were married until his death Monday. They had three biological children and four children from a relative that the family decided to adopt.
As per an April 1995 report by the Washington Post, Mutombo made headlines back in 1994 for calling off his marriage 17 hours before the ceremony. It happened because the woman in question refused to sign a pre-nuptial agreement.
