The ICC Women's T20 World Cup is hovering on the horizon. The 9th edition of the tournament is all set to commence on October 3 in the United Arab Emirates.
India are placed in Group A alongside Australia, Pakistan, New Zealand and Sri Lanka while Group B consists of Bangladesh, England, South Africa, West Indies, and Scotland. The top two teams from each group will advance to the semifinals.
Harmanpreet Kaur led India to the last four in the 2022 T20 Women's T20 World Cup but a narrow five run loss shattered all the hopes. But this time the Women In Blue will be up for the challenge and it remains to be seen how they cope up with the difficulties.
