The Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (ICAI) has postponed the CA Final November 2024 exams because of the Diwali celebrations. Candidates can view the updated timetable on the official website www.icai.org.
According to the updated timetable, Group 1 exams will begin on November 3, while Group 2 exams are set to start from November 9. Previously, the exams were planned to commence on November 1 and conclude on November 11. Candidates seeking more information can refer to the official notification for details.
Previously, the final course examination for Group 1 was planned on November 1, 3, and 5, 2024, while Group 2 exams were scheduled for November 7, 9, and 11, 2024. These dates have been rescheduled. ICAI has also clarified that the examination schedule will remain unchanged, even if any exam dates coincide with public holidays declared by the Central Government, State Governments, or Local Authorities.

In a recent update, ICAI reopened the application window for two days, enabling candidates to submit their forms with a late fee of ₹600 on September 11 and 12.
However, ICAI has confirmed that there will be no alterations to the schedule for the Chartered Accountants Post Qualification Course exams in International Taxation-Assessment Test (INTT-AT) and the Insurance and Risk Management (IRM) Technical Examination, scheduled for November 2024.
