The teaser of director Vishnu Vardhan's film Nesippaya which released in theatres on September 5, with Vijay’s GOAT, has now been unveiled to fans on social media.
Starring Aditi Shankar and Akash Murali, the teaser was released by XB Film Creators with a poster in which the lead actors are seated in a car embracing each other.

Nesippaya, which marks director Vishnu Vardhan’s 10th film, as a director. It is backed by Xavier Britto of XB Film Creators, who previously produced Vijay’s Master in 2021. The film also stars Sarath Kumar, Prabhu, Kushboo Sundar, Bollywood actors Kalki Koechlin and Shiv Panditt among others.
The technical features production designer Saravanan Vasanth, and lyricist Pa Vijay.
The makers of Nesippaya are yet to announce details regarding the plot and release date.
About Nesippaya
Nesippaya is written by Vishnu and Neelan Sekar, Nesippaya marks the debut of Akash, who is late actor Murali’s youngest son and actor Atharvaa’s brother.
Vishnu’s frequent collaborator composer Yuvan Shankar Raja is in charge of the film’s music while veteran editor Sreekar Prasad is also a part of the technical crew. Cameron Eric Bryson is the cinematographer and Federico Cueva has choreographed the stunts.
The film is shot in the exotic locations of Portugal and Spain apart from Bengaluru and Chennai.
Nayanthara attends the launch of Nesippaya
Nayanthara, who rarely attends film events, surprised everyone by turning up for the launch event of Nesippaya.
Speaking at the event, she said "I won't generally go to functions. But this is truly special because it is my director Vishnu's film and my best friend Anu's film. So, this is almost like a family event for me. There is no way I would have said no to this," Nayanthara said.
Meanwhile, Vishnu Vardhan will also begin work on the Hindi film The Bull starring Salman Khan. Backed by Karan Johar’s Dharma Productions, the film is said to be based on Operation Cactus.
