The video clip is from an episode of Nikhil Kamath's podcast, ''WTF is with Nikhil Kamath''. In the podcast, Kamath and his team explore various aspects of Bengaluru from his perspective.

In the video, one of his team members, Bilal, begins the conversation by saying, ''Bengaluru is struggling with traffic, and Bengaluru traffic is brutal.'' In response, Nikhil Kamath says that traffic is brutal in every city. He also remarked, ''Bangalore has changed so much from what it was 30 years ago.''

Kamath highlighted that the sudden influx of migrants has contributed to the increase in traffic in Bengaluru. He added, ''Everybody comes here and complains about traffic, but it is because of you guys.''

An X user identified as Harish Itagi shared the video clip, captioning it, ''Migrants need to know you are not stuck in traffic, you are the traffic in Bengaluru. Nikhil Kamath's deep affection for the city of Bengaluru is sincere and true.''

In another news, an Instagram influencer shared a video claiming that if all the ''Northies'' left Bengaluru, the city would be empty. The influencer, identified as Sugandh Sharma, further claimed in her Instagram reel that all the Paying Guests (PGs) and clubs in Koramangala would be empty if all the North Indians left.

The video, which quickly went viral, garnered criticism from viewers who called her remarks disrespectful to the city and demanded that she return to her hometown. A few other influencers also criticized her for being disrespectful. One influencer, identified as Chaithra J Achar, wrote, "If you can actually leave, just as an experiment, and see how Bangalore becomes empty, we are ready to live with that emptiness. We can live with it. Really. Forget all other North Indians. You leave, ma'am. Enough for now!"
