About The Buckingham Murders
The Buckingham Murders revolves around Jasmeet Bhamra, played by Kareena, who is mourning after the loss of her only son. As she fights the emotional turmoil, she is given the case of a missing child in the new town she relocates to. As a detective, she not just uncovers the deep layers of the mysterious crime, but also navigates through the societal elements and obstructions.

Hansal Mehta on Kareena
Though Kareena is receiving a lot of praise for her incredible performance, the whodunnit is failing to impress overall. In an interview with Zoom, director Hansal Mehta revealed that Kareena even cut down her fees and put her belief in a story. "Kareena came into this film. She put her name as a producer. Obviously, she has taken a cut in her fees. She has also put her belief in something that she wanted to do by subsidising her fees and by becoming part of The Buckingham Murders even as a producer."

"I think a lot of actors do that for example Shah Rukh Khan, Salman Khan and Aamir Khan. You will never hear of their fees because they produce their own films and have their own audience. They have their profits," he added.
The Buckingham Murders also stars Ash Tandon, Ranveer Brar, and Keith Allen. Presented by Balaji Telefilms and produced by Shobha Kapoor and Ektaa R Kapoor.
