The Supreme Court of India will hear petition challenging NBE's decision to not release question papers, answer keys, or response sheets of candidates today, September 20. It is likely that the Medical Counselling Committee, MCC will release the NEET PG Counselling schedule 2024 today.
As per the causelist published on the Supreme Court's website, a bench, headed by CJI D.Y. Chandrachud, will resume hearing the matter on September 20. Last week, the Bench, also comprising Justices J.B. Pardiwala and Manoj Misra, agreed to examine plea that alleges neither the question paper, nor the response sheet filled in by candidates, nor an answer key was supplied to the students, and merely a score card has been provided.
