'aaah was dying to see batting image booom': suryakumar yadav's comment on jasprit bumrah's instagram post goes viral

India's T20I captain Suryakumar Yadav's comment on Jasprit Bumrah's Instagram post has gone viral on social media. The latter is currently involved in India's training camp in Chennai ahead of India's first Test against Bangladesh which begins on September 19. This will be India's first red-ball assignment since March when they played five Tests against England.

Taking to his official Instagram account on Sunday, September 15, Bumrah shared some pictures, giving his fans and admirers a glimpse of his recent practice session in Chennai.

Bumrah has been out of action since India's T20 World Cup triumph in June, where he was awarded the Player of the Series.

Jasprit Bumrah Finally Back In Action

Bumrah will return to the cricket field after over two months of break. Initial reports were suggesting that he might as well be rested for the Bangladesh series with a 10-Test season ensuing next week.

This 10-Test season will be very important for India as a favourable outcome will ensure they qualify for the World Test Championship final for a third consecutive time.

The likes of Bumrah, KL Rahul and wicketkeeper-batter Rishabh Pant reached Chennai on Thursday. Batter Sarfaraz Khan will join the team after the Duleep Trophy match in Anantapur, where he was playing for India B.

The players are returning to the field after a much-needed break of over a month and will look to put behind the disappointment of losing the ODI series against Sri Lanka in August, which was former India cricketer Gautam Gambhir's first assignment as head coach after taking over Rahul Dravid.

Notably, the Bangladesh series will also be Gambhir's first red-ball assignment and he will look to begin on a high.
