Kolkata Court Rejects CBI’s Request of Narco Test on Rape-Murder Accused Sanjay Roy

Kolkata: A city court on Friday refused the Central Bureau of Investigation’s (CBI) prayer seeking permission for the narco analysis test of rape-murder accused, Sanjay Roy. He is accused of raping and killing a trainee woman doctor at RG Kar Medical College and Hospital on August 9.

Sanjay Roy refused to give consent for the narco analysis test after which the Sealdah Court in Kolkata rejected the CBI request.
