Amitabh Bachchan is currently seen hosting Kaun Banega Crorepati season 16. The actor often shares some amazing stories while having candid interactions with the contestants. In one of the recent episodes, Big B recalled his first meeting with the late global singer, Michael Jackson, in New York. He revealed that Jackson mistakenly knocked on his hotel room door in NYC. The Shehenshah of Bollywood claimed that he ‘almost fainted’ after seeing Michael Jackson outside his hotel room.

While sharing the story behind his first meeting with Michael Jackson, Amitabh Bachchan said that he was stunned after seeing Michael Jackson standing outside his hotel room. He almost fainted but managed to keep his composure. Bachchan said, “I greeted him, and he inquired if this was my room. When I confirmed it, he realized he had mistakenly come to the wrong room. Later, when he went to his own room, he sent someone to connect with the person whose room he had accidentally entered. Eventually, we had the chance to sit down and talk. Despite his enormous fame, he was incredibly humble. That’s how we first met.”
Big B also recalled yet another story about Michael Jackson. The actor said that they struggled to get rooms when they arrived at the hotel. The hotel staff informed Amitabh Bachchan and his team that 350 rooms were booked in the hotel for Michael Jackson and his team due to his concert in NYC.

Apart from that, they managed to get a few seats at the back of the stadium. That is how they managed to watch Jackson’s live performance. While praising the late popstar, Amitabh Bachchan said, “He was an extraordinary artist; his singing and dancing were phenomenal. The energy in the arena was electrifying, with thunderous applause and a truly magical atmosphere.” For those who’ve come in late, Michael Jackson passed away in 2009.
