Farah is finally back in Mumbai after her recent trip, but her foodie adventures are far from over. During a break between shoots, Farah, along with entrepreneur and influencer Raj Shamani, visited a quaint eatery called South Tiffin House in Kandivali, Mumbai. On Thursday, the renowned filmmaker shared a reel in which she was caught saying, "We're in the exotic locales of Kandivali, enjoying some mind-blowing South Indian food with the very popular Raj Shamani."
She took the video while they were sitting at the eatery and the table in front of them is adorned with an assortment of idlis, accompanied by a variety of chutneys and sambar. Amazed by one of the idlis, Farah points to a black one and asks the server about it. The server explains that it is a "charcoal cheese burst" idli, and then goes on to name the others: lava sambar, Kanchipuram, steamed and ragi idli. Farah then asks Raj which one he is planing to try first, and he opts for the lava sambar idli. After taking a bite, Raj says it tastes good. Farah, however, playfully probes him with, "Theek hai ki achi hai?" (Is it just fine or actually good?). Raj insists it is delicious, though Farah seems unconvinced.
The reel was posted with a caption, "Shoots are always fun with food! Waiting in between shots with @rajshamani .. getting some business advice to boot." Before this, Farah was also seen enjoying seafood delicacies in Karnataka. She posted multiple updates on her Instagram stories. The first clip showed a variety of yummy dishes on banana leaves. The text on the video read, "Missing Shirish Kunder in his hometown. Here with Sanjyot Keer at the best seafood place."
Her "exotic idli" reel has got more than 4 lakh views and 12k likes. It’s clear that whether in Mumbai or Karnataka, Farah’s love for delicious food remains strong. So, which of these exotic idlis from Farah's meal would you like to try.
