TNPSC will conduct the Group 2 Prelims Exam 2024 on September 14, 2024 for the recruitment of TNPSC Group 2 & 2A Vacancies. Candidates appearing for the exam will have to carry their admit card along with a valid ID proof to the exam center.

TNPSC Group 2 exam will be conducted for 3 hours. The question paper will be of 300 marks and candidates need at least 90 marks to qualify it.
As per the TNPSC Group 2 prelims exam pattern, Questions from General Tamil/General English, Aptitude and Mental Ability Test will be of S.S.L.C. Standard level. Questions from General Studies will be of Degree Standard level.
TNPSC Group 2 Exam consists of 3 phases: Prelims, Mains, and Interview. Candidates who clear the prelims exam will be qualified for the Mains exam.
