Donald Trump, the Republican nominee for President posted a minute-long video on his official X (formerly Twitter) account. The video focused on Kamala Harris' controversial statement, "My values have not changed." The video begun with Kamala uttering the aforementioned phrase.

For almost the entirety of the video, it constituted of the Democratic nominee's statements and assertions on various topics of national importance, including illegal aliens, police funding and Kamala's choice of being anti-fracking. Towards the end of the video, a write up flashed on the screen. It said, "Kamala Harris: Failed. Weak. Dangerously Liberal."
Online jokes were directed at Vice President Kamala Harris after she claimed to CNN that her "values have not changed" despite her ideological vacillations. During her first in-person interview as a presidential contender, Harris was questioned about her several significant policy changes. Her running partner, Minnesota Governor Tim Walz, was there. Harris said to anchor Dana Bash, "I think the most important and most significant aspect of my policy perspective and decisions is my values have not changed." When Harris claimed to uphold the same principles, a number of internet pundits contended that this meant she was still being radical despite pretending to be moderate in order to win the race.
After Harris gave her first significant interview following her stunning entry into the US presidential race following Joe Biden's withdrawal, Donald Trump attacked the Democrat. In an interview with CNN, Harris,59, said that Trump is "pushing an agenda and an environment that is about diminishing the character and the strength of who we are as Americans, really dividing our nation." Trump however, retorted that Kamala "rambled incoherently" in the interview, which came ahead of the US Election Day on November 5.
The New York Post wrote that Vice President Kamala Harris showed her true colors Thursday in her first TV interview since becoming the Democratic nominee — admitting her lefty values had not changed even though her positions on major policies did undergo variation.
