Government junior college sanctioned for Thirumalagiri of Thungathurthy Assembly constituency

A government junior college in Thirumalagiri of Thungathurthy Assembly constituency, one of the key issues during polls, has become a reality with the government passing the order on Tuesday. According to the order issued by Principal Secretary (Education) Burra Venkatesham, a new government junior college is sanctioned for Thirumalagiri. As proposed, the college is effective from the academic year 2024-25. The order directed the Director, Intermediate Education, for further action.
