Mumbai: Achole Police have arrested three people for allegedly gang-raping a 30-year-old woman in Nalasopara area of Palghar district. The three accused have been identified as Narendra Morya (31), Prakash Singh (26) and Panchraj Singh (35).
Based on the complaint filed by the woman, Achole police station registered a case against the three accused under various sections of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita (BNS) including section 64, section 70 (1) and section 351 (2), news agency ANI reported.

Upon their arrest, the police produced all three accused in the court. Later, the court sent all three accused to police custody for 5 days, the ANI report added.
