East Godavari: At least two people lost their lives after a fire broke out in a cracker manufacturing unit in Andhra Pradesh’s East Godavari district on Wednesday evening. The incident took place in Undrajavaram area of the district.
According to reports, the blaze erupted after lightning struck the manufacturing unit. Five people were also reportedly injured in the incident. In Minutes, the factory burnt into ashes.

In a video, accessed by Times Now, an envelope of black smoke could be seen billowing out of the factory. Panic gripped the area after the incident.
Fire tenders reached the spot after receiving the information. Senior officials also rushed to the place where the fire broke out. The injured were shifted to a hospital.
