History was created in the ICC Men's T20 World Cup Asia Qualifier Group A match between Mongolia and Singapore at the YSD-UKM Cricket Oval. In Bangi, Malaysia, during a match between Mangolia and Singapore, one of the biggest world records in the game was equalled.
After winning the toss and choosing to bowl, the Singapore bowling unit wreaked havoc over the Mangolia batters, who were bowled out for 10. No batter made more than two runs as five batters were dismissed for ducks while another five managed to make just one run. There were two wides in the innings, which meant that extras got more runs for the Mangolians than nine of their batters.
For Singapore, Harsha Bhardwaj was the star of the show, as he took six wickets while giving away just three runs in four overs. Despite making only 10 runs, Mangolia batted 12 overs. On the other hand, despite losing a wicket on the first ball of the inning, Singapore chased down the target in just five balls.
